What challenges you in network marketing like no other? You eat, breath, and sleep looking for a way to resolve this challenge. For me the challenge is keeping people who will continue to work with me, and become long term partners. Some people say they will work with me, and then drop later.

Great question Andy. People following up like they promise. Sometimes I feel like I am the only one who actually cares enough to keep my promises.

That is sometimes a huge challenge! I agree! Right now I am waiting on a client who has promised to send me something a few times. I hate having to badger people for something that I know will help them.As long as you stick with it, I am sure that you will find people who follow through.

I think what is challenging for me is to budget my time and resources more effectively. I tend to take on more than I can chew and so I then have to either put things on hold or stop them all together.

Jay- Good One! I have had to strip time wasters and energy draining items out of my life, so I can more effectively manage my business.

I havent had a J.O.B for 25 years and have been a top income earner in multiple companies. In all of those years my experience is that about 95% of the people don't do what you expect. Those who talk a good story, do nothing, people people you would least expect build huge organizations. It's a numbers game. Continue to recruit until you find people who demonstrate they are serious, then focus your efforts on helping them to build a successful business.I have learned that residual income only comes from having successful people in your downline who have successful people in their downline.
