How to get people interested in looking at what you're doing (using a squeeze page).

I want to expand on what I covered in part 1 (How to get people interested in looking at what you’re doing) with a short demonstration of how to use a very basic landing page to attract interest in you and what you have to offer.

As I stated before, First and foremost, when you present what you're doing, always make it about THEM!

There’s a very effective 4 step presentation process you can employ to accomplish this with a landing page:

1) Target a specific question or problem your audience may have.

2) Offer your answer to the question or solution to the problem

3) Highlight how the solution benefits them

4) Call to action – The next step they need to take.

In this video, I'm going to show you in the most basic form how I carry out those 4 steps using a real easy to create landing page. You're going to be looking over my shoulder as I create this off the top of my head.

Here’s the scenario:

My target audience is other marketers. The objective is to present a solution to a problem that my audience can identify with by utilizing a benefit of what I do that appeals to them.

The key here is to give away a primary benefit of your offer as a solution to a problem WITHOUT pitching your product or business. Remember, it's all about your audience and what's on it for them.

In other words, give away a taste, and if it's a good enough taste, they'll want more.

THIS is my method. As you can see in the video, the approach is very straightforward and simple:

a) This is what I'm going to share with you to help you solve your problem or answer your question,

b) This is how I'm going to do it,

c) This is how it's going to benefit you,

d) And this is all you have to do.

That's it! Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular, and NOT ONCE did I do anything that even remotely resembles a sales/recruiting pitch. This method takes pitching your product/business completely out of the equation, and still gets the job done effectively.

I'm going to take this one step further for you in my next release so stay tuned. You're going to start to see how this all comes together to get you that extra traffic and signups you need to be successful. If you haven't seen the first part of this series yet, click here to read it now.

If you would like to learn more, I'm more than happy to share. In the meantime, I would recommend trying out a few landing pages of your own for practice.

Take a shot at creating your own landing page by trying it out yourself.

I hope this post and video provided you with good value. And please feel free to leave a comment and bookmark and share this PR if I've kept my word and provided you with value. If you want to learn even more cool strategies, come check us out here
