I am new to network marketing and have not had any success yet. I don't understand what I'm not getting. I listen to the calls, try the "proven" methods and yet still do not find success. Can anyone help me out????

Hi Craig,

Don't worry, for some reason that's the way it goes sometimes.
How many people have you talked to?

You might have heard the saying that have to earn your frustration. So in case you have received less than 10 'no's', you are not qualifed yet; seriously!

What kind of proven methods have you tried?

Whatever people are telling you, the good old method will work for sure:

1. Write a list of 100 people.
2. 80% should try your product and 20% the biz.
3. Book the first meeting together with your upline IF he/she can show success in this business. Sell the product and enroll first partner together with upline.
4. Now you can be the presenter for the next meetings, having your upline next to you until you see results - selling products and enrolling new partner.
5. Duplicate this process over and over and you'll have success.

IF not, then you should double check whether your products are what customers want, i.e., solving a problem, or pricing, or company history, you name it.

Hope this helps:-)

Take care,

Volker

What are your goals? Have you written them down? Make sure that you use these goals as motivation everyday.

Additionally, what is your plan of action? I agree with Volker that you need to contact at least 100 people before saying it does not work. Some businesses take time to develop. Do not be frustrated if it does not happen overnight.

Hello Craig. What you're not getting is a Close. Simple. Most NM/MLM people are very excited and motivated (aka the testimonial conference calls). My honest advice -get training as a marketer.
As Volker said also, select 2 groups -customers & business builders. Don't pitch both together or the same way. Always be closing and always remember: a customer is a buyer, not a seller. If you try to turn customers into business people, when they are not business minded, they'll never sell anything.

Keep me posted!

Hi craig, How much support is your upline giving you? It's been my experience that friendship comes first. If you are friends with your upline they will help you succeed. My upline called me the other day and we talked on the phone for 45 minutes bouncing ideas off each other, where I've learned a lot. If you want I can help you, show you some tricks I've learned.
