Ever call you upline for support and never get and answer - I would never do that to anyone - Every have an idea to bring more people into your business and it has been working for you and you wanted to share with your upline but they don't care this makes me sad that people are still throwing mud against the wall hoping it sticks and not finding out that you can make a networking business predictable

Then adter I got her attention I had a 3 way call with them and I quoted from a book about how a new way for doing business has helped this teams sownline grow and they even knew the person I was talking about and that it was Juice Plus+ rep that has a great business - Still they did not want to hear it there system is perfect dragging people to meetings and doing in home presentations and barely using the internet to build a business and how i should be more active in the business building process for them mind you I have been in this for a year now and have found no one remotely interested in the program or the product and I can not complain about the product it is good it helps and I like it but the business model is so outdated and that they are so unwilling to change anything about it I had never felt more insulted on a 3 way call in my life then i was by these 2 people who are only making 5 figures a year and happy with that I am disguested that they wasted 45 minutes of my time and did not hear a word I said

The training of the people is so outdated and the replicated website if you change countrys or languages messes up maybe you should not have directed me to this forum but I get paid very little for the work that i do in trying to promote this product that most people have already tried and either quit or failed and that is manly due to the training in my opinion

Okay, so I think I see what you're saying... you had a 3-way conversation with the company's owner and your upline, and you feel they are too rigid in the way they market/advertise?

David (Track) had an experience very similar to this, and pretty soon he's going to discuss what happened with his situation. I think you'll find some similarities between what you're experiencing and what he experienced.

I see. Perhaps your upline is not adequate for you?

It's hard when you depend on members of your upline for guidance, only to be let down. I suggest you take the suggestions of that top-selling person in your company and run with them. As long as what that person is doing is legal and within the guidelines of the company you shouldn't get into trouble. The fact that there is someone in your company that has experienced "great business" should clue us in to the fact that the problem is more than likely not with the company, rather the upline.

I guess that at this point I would have to ask, what do you want to do? Do you want to be associated with this company? If not there are over 5000 different companies available, but 'shopping' for your leader would benefit you.

If you do want to stay with your current company then Laura offers some solid advice.

You need to remember that You are the business and happen to be representing that company. Not the other way around.
