New Year’s Day is a time to reflect on the past year’s events, both good and bad, old resolutions you didn’t keep, and new resolutions you plan to uphold. And as I reflect on the past 2 years since we first launched MLMSocial, I think about how the little idea I once had to bring network marketers around the globe together has not only become a huge reality, but the life-changing stories I see and hear everyday have far exceeded my expectations.

Knowing that so many members who’ve joined MLMSocial, never having prior success, can attribute their new-found success to MLMSocial, has helped make this one of the most satisfying experiences I’ve ever had. And with more than 65,000 active members in over 150 countries, and hundreds of thousands of page views daily, we are the largest MLM social network there is.

But along with reflecting on the good, we must also reflect on the not so good. We should never have regrets, nor make excuses for the things we did or didn’t do, but instead, find ways to constantly improve… and then, never look back again… or at least, not until next New Year. :)

And in my reflection, I know there are things I can do to improve MLMSocial, making your experience a more powerful, exciting, and financially rewarding one.

Never resting on your laurels and always trying to improve are critical to success. And with this belief comes my resolution to continue to improve your experience on MLMSocial.

I have some incredibly powerful additions to MLMSocial planned for 2012. I won’t say what they are now, but I’ll say this much…. you ain’t seen nothin’ yet!

So what will this New Year bring you? Well, everyone knows that most resolutions set January 1 are history by February 1. In the next couple of weeks, you’ll read a lot about New Year’s resolutions and tips for “how to really do it this year.” But tips and ideas alone won’t get it done.

It’s funny how all the time, energy and resources seem to be put into setting goals, while their actual achievement is just expected to take care of itself. Without a concrete plan and the right resources, it’s too easy to fall back into old habits. Real change takes time – and needs help. The key is to surround yourself with reminders that make your goals tough to ignore and impossible to forget.

Finally, you need to actually do what you promised. You’re ultimately accountable to yourself and nobody else for your goals. You will find virtue and character in fulfilling that promise. After all, goal achievement is something you do year-round, not just in January.

I want to wish everyone a very healthy, happy, and successful New Year! Let’s make 2012 our most successful year yet!

To Your Success,

David Track
