Autoresponders Build Interest In Your Business

If you are serious about marketing on the internet, then you should be using an auto responder to get your message out to your prospects. An auto responder is a tool that sends a series of emails to your prospect once they opt into your lead capture page, or replicated website. They can vary from 3 to 30 emails or more, sent every few days to remind and tell your prospect about your opportunity. It's been said that sometimes your prospect may need to see your message an average of seven times before they make a purchase. An auto responder will do that for you.

If you are using an auto responder to sell your product or service, you must be careful about how you market to your prospect. People don't like to be hit over the head with an offer, so it's best to be gentle in your approach when you draft your emails to send. Build interest slowly with an informative message at first. One that educates readers on your product or service, or focuses on solving a problem the prospect may have. Make sure you include a link back to your website for them to review again, or even make a purchase. Your link should be in every email you send out.

By the second and third emails, you can start to build value by describing how your product or service can solve a problem. Then your next message would be to point out the benefits of your product or service, giving your reader more information with each message. Any messages after that can be your sales pitch. Keep them interested with each email by mentioning you are giving them free information, which keeps them reading your email, finding value in it, and looking for the next one to arrive.

If you are not sure about writing these emails to fit your niche or product, start keeping a swipe file of other auto responder letters. Opt into other marketers websites and start getting their emails and use them to form your auto responder messages. Make sure you change the wording and flow to conform to your product or service, and especially don't use them exactly word for word. Then find a low cost auto responder service, load them up and market your business.

Remember not to start with the hard sale, and build value in the first 3-5 messages. Keep your customers interest by mentioning your information is free so they keep reading and watching for your other emails. If you are doing it properly, you will be getting sales and sign ups in no time.
