Join With A Sponsor Or Recruiter? A Must Before You Join Any Company!
This has been a major problem for years and one of the reasons people fail in MLM (home based business)! We need to spend time interviewing the person we sign up with to see the support they offer you. Newbies are especially susceptible to this as they often have no idea about choosing the right sponsor!
So, what is the difference between a sponsor and a recruiter? A Sponsor is someone who plans on helping you to succeed by offering full support from day one to help you succeed! Whether it is 3-way calls, leads, training, tools, etc. they are there to help! A Recruiter, on the other hand, is a person who simply signs up people in a program, often leaving them to fend for themselves. Generally, Recruiters rely heavily on large numbers for their success!
What you need to do is fully-interview the person you are signing up under to see what kind of support they offer you, the experience they have, the tools they offer for you to use, etc. Also, make sure that you actually like the person you you choose to be your sponsor as it makes it much easier and more comfortable to work with them!
Another very important aspect that should not be left out is to make sure the company you are joining is viable! "Viable" meaning that the product should be a better value than people can buy elsewhere so that is will last long term! A “consumable” product that people use every month is ideal to contribute to a long term “residual income” and early retirement!
Finally, look for the right person with whom you think you can have a successful working relationship. Interview various people to get a feel of how it would be to work with them. The person you decide to partner with should provide adequate training, tools, software, ebooks, and more to help you get started online! Tools can help you quick start your business online! If the person you interview tells you to go after family and friends first, run away as fast as you can as this does not work in today's environment! Plus, you will end up chasing away family & friends who will try and avoid talking to you! You may approach them later after you have become a success as they will be more open to find out how! I hope this helps you pick the right person to work with and wish you much success in your endeavors!
